Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Deposit Policy – Sunkissed by Selina
✨ To reserve your appointment, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required. This will be applied toward your total service.
✨ 24-Hour Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will allow you to transfer your $50 deposit to a future appointment.
✨ Late Cancellations (Less than 24 hours):
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
✨ No-Shows:
If you do not show up to your appointment without notice, you will lose your deposit and may be required to pay 50% of the scheduled service before booking again.
✨ Late Arrivals:
If you are 15 minutes late or more, I may not be able to take you and your appointment will be considered a cancellation (deposit forfeited).
✨ Rescheduling:
Appointments can be rescheduled one time with your deposit applied, as long as you give 24+ hours notice. Multiple reschedules will require a new deposit.
✨ Service Adjustments:
If you decide to shorten or change your service at the last minute (for example, canceling extensions but keeping a toner), you are still responsible for the time originally reserved.
✨ Illness/Emergencies:
I understand life happens! If you are sick or have an emergency, please contact me ASAP. Each situation will be reviewed individually, but deposits are generally non-refundable.
